  • I have lifted weights for a few years now, but I always found it really hard to gain weight, let alone build muscle. A big reason for that is probably because I didn't have any method of working out. I mostly just worked out at sporadic times and wasn't consistent. Along with that I didn't really know what lifts to do and what body parts to focus on. The internet didn't really help me either because there's so much information out there and a lot of it comes from different people who often have different ideas on the best way to build muscle. Jonathan helped me figure out a good plan for me, also considering the equipment that I have (I workout at home). After just a couple months of working out following Jonathans' plan, I have seen more results than I have in the last few years of working out. Thanks to him I know what lifts are important and I know to keep a steady workout regimen.

  • Jonathan has always been a positive influence on me and my fitness habits. He’s always given me great information with regards to nutrition and what to put in my body. He’s helped me target specific muscle groups through lifts that I can enjoy and do on my own. While training he’s always corrected my form so I don’t injure myself and always pushed me harder because he wanted to see me reach my goals. Because of his help I now understand my body better whether I want to add muscle, maintain weight, or lose weight. The information Jonathan has shared with me has given me the confidence to try and achieve my fitness goals with minimal help.

  • I started my workouts with Jonathan as my coach, and what an exciting expierence. I feel stronger, I have more stamina, he's made me work at little by little. The training starts off slower trying to assess your level of performance, but it picks up speed fast. I come out of the gym feeling great and feeling better than before. A big thanks to my coach!

  • From the moment I met Jonathan he was always giving me advice that I would slowly start to incorporate. Whenever I had questions he never made me feel silly for asking (even if I asked the same question more than once). Through his knowledge of nutrition he was able to teach me what I needed to do in order to meet the goals I had set out for myself. The journey was long, but it could have been longer if I didnt have such good guidance. If you need any help my nutrition, workouts, or accountability I wouldnt hesitate to reach out!

“My name is Sam Tallen. I played high school football at Central Catholic. My senior year covid wrecked our season. I decided to go to a prep school in order to earn a D1 offer, that was my goal. During the summer before going to prep my training went to another level. Jonathan helped me manage my workouts, nutrition, and supplementation; such as advising me on protein intake and to use creatine to help increase my performance to my fullest potential. Due to Jonathans coaching and advice I was able to have a good foundation. I earned an offer to play division 1 football at Indiana University.”
