Meet The Team

Hello! I'm Jonathan, a coach from Springfield, Illinois, with a passion for sports and fitness. My own journey from a 280-pound former college football player to a fit 200 pounds inspired me to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Credentials: I have a degree in Health Promotion & Fitness Management. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and my CSCS certification. My expertise lies in sports performance, weight loss, and muscle building.

Philosophy: My approach is "doing less is doing more," focusing on the effectiveness of each exercise for maximum impact.

Interests: Beyond the gym, I enjoy chess, football, and spending time with my girlfriend & our pet pug.
